Do I need experience to join?
Nope — we welcome all levels. If you are committed, we’ll help you level up fast. If you've got no experience, you’ll join at Level 1, and get trained and mentored on internal projects to build your skills. Strong applicants with experience can skip ahead and start at level 2, jumping straight into client work (and pay 💸).

During term time, you will have the option to only work up to 10 hours a week, and everything’s remote and flexible. Plus, your NxtGen consultant mentors you on time management and productivity, so you can keep your GPA up and still level up your career.

100%. Just bring the energy. As you level up to Level 3 & 4 you’ll also get the chance to join on-site startup pitches, consultations, and events for that real-world edge.

Yep, once you hit Level 2 after just 40-hours, the money starts rolling in 💸. You’ll get paid hourly, and the higher you level up, the more you earn. Plus, with every level comes bigger perks: more swag, overtime opportunities, and next-level mentoring to help you grow faster and go further.
